BaalChatzaf
In the UUU part of the periodic table four element names have been added. http://www.sciencemag.org/news/2016/06/four-new-element-names-are-table?utm_campaign=news_daily_2016-06-08&et_rid=17039926&et_cid=545916 This is a portion of the table containing elements that probably do not exist in nature, rather they are human made. Peter
Was chaos incorporated into the Big Bang, or did it exist inside the big kernel of infinitely dense matter that preceded the Big Bang? Did human or alien volition add another layer of chaos or purpose? The goal of Alchemy was to create gold, yet no one has ever succeeded in doing that, though we keep finding new amalgamations and alloys. As Spock said, "Interesting." Peter It is theoretically possible to "make gold" but it would be so expensive in power and equipment that it is not worth doing so. These trans-uranic elements were made by banging together lighter atoms to form heavier atoms. An amateur imitation of what goes on in a big star when it becomes a nova. It was the implosion of large stars in their death throes that created the heavy natural elements.
Brant Gaede
Making gold would have to beat refining it from ocean water or taking it out of common soil. --Brant

Maybe it should be done once to show that it can be done and what the medieval alchemists did was futile. The only economical way to make gold is have a star at least 8 times the mass of our Sun implode
