Poll after poll shows Sleepy Joe beating El Presidente but not Real Clear Politics. In the 2020 Presidential election with Trump vs. Biden, Trump is ahead by 8.5 percent with less than six months to go.

 8.5 percent is huge.

Definitely.  This is what I assayed at the RCP site, the head to head matchup ... click image or link to visit RCP.

I went back and looked but I could not find it, but I don't think I was quoting the polling for one state like Tennessee where Trump is way ahead.

General Election: Trump vs. Biden

The Hill/HarrisX

Biden 42, Trump 41

Biden +1

That is what I found today.

False: Biden said he would "be" Biden, not "beat" him

Such nuance. Lets parse it and go to the transcript. Ill be damned. Maybe it was too good to be true. Turns out the contextual answer was dependent on the question asked.

Biden was asked by host Joe Kernen to address Democratic voters more aligned with Senators Bernie Sanders’ and Elizabeth Warren’s progressive agendas when he made the statement.
Well, hell nope, hes as different as pink (o Commie) is to red (CCP).

Noting Billions the ShowTime hit is written in part by Andrew Ross Sorkin. He is a host on Squawk Box the show where Biden be (insert whatever you heard). Sorkin is a milquetoast whose foil is host Joe Kernans, just like the Billions pair, Capitalist Axelrod and DA Rhoads. Its often a character test in who can be the villian at any one moment.

I would have liked to be the fly hearing backstage remarks and seeing raised eye brows as in "what the hell did he say?"

President Trump's Most Important Promise to Me
By Buck Sexton

AMC_daily_clips_052720_ALT2_5ecd71861a39f.png

Dear reader,

Last week, I walked into the most famous room of the most powerful government in the world to share my opinion and advice with its commander in chief.

President Donald Trump had asked for me by name to his staff, and they reached out and asked if I would come down to D.C. for a meeting. There was no set agenda, but my belief is that when the President of the United States asks to see you face to face, you show up – no questions asked.

Being inside the Oval Office feels oddly like walking into a place you've known all your life. It looks exactly the way you think it does. It's appeared in so many TV shows and movies at this point, you could probably sketch it out on a piece of paper and get most of the details right without ever having seen it in person.

As fate would have it, I'd been to that inner sanctum of our Republic several times in my life before last week, though in a very different capacity...

Tomorrow, we'll show you the EXACT DAY to buy back into your stocks

We recently discovered a small group of investors who actually knew – with 100% accuracy – that the crash in March was coming. And many were able to sell their stocks and lock in profits weeks before the market bottomed. Tomorrow, we're revealing exactly how they knew the crash was coming... and more importantly, what they're doing with their money right now. You don't want to miss this – details here.

20200526133516.png

As a young CIA officer back from Iraq in 2008, I ran an intelligence community briefing for President George W. Bush. The brief went well enough that President Bush and Vice President Cheney allowed me to return months later for a follow up. While the contents of those discussions remain highly classified, I can tell you that Cheney was more cordial to me than I expected, and Bush was somewhat less so – though, I think he warmed up to me during round two.

It certainly never occurred to me then that almost exactly a decade later, in the fall of 2018, I would return to the Oval Office as a television host for the political website thehill.com, engaged in a formal journalism interview with President Trump.

And now here we are in the midst of the 2020 pandemic, and the leader of the free world wanted to have a chat with me once again...

It was about the only invitation imaginable that would have gotten me on the ghost train from Manhattan to D.C. I counted less than 10 people on my Amtrak train heading south, all with masks on. I appreciated the quiet, but not the palpably eerie anxiety at both Penn and Union Stations.

To my surprise, D.C. was shut down even more than New York City. Finding a coffee in advance of my meeting with POTUS (once you get deep enough inside the Capital Beltway, that's how most refer to the man) was a challenge. The COVID-19 pandemic has forced the only two cities I've ever called home into an economic coma.

Upon my arrival at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave., the White House grounds were thankfully abuzz with activity. There was an "initial screening" tent set up for visitors that I went through, with reminders posted about the symptoms of COVID-19.

Once past that, I went downstairs in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building for an actual COVID-19 test. Once I was declared officially negative for the virus, it was a quick walk across to the West Wing and into the Oval Office with President Donald John Trump.

"There he is, the best hair on TV!" the leader of the free world proclaimed as I crossed the Oval's threshold. What can I say, the man respects follicular fortitude. President Trump greeted me warmly, posed for a photo, and then sat me down in a chair as he took his place behind the Resolute desk.

It was just the two of us in there for more than 30 minutes, talking about a wide range of subjects... from national security to life in New York City and the nation's economic future. Apparently, he also likes my radio show and my Twitter commentary.

Some of our talk was of a personal nature, and other parts of it were, at the President's request, off the record. Yes, those were some of the more interesting moments, but a man honors his word, and I gave the President mine.

Here's what I can tell you from the on the record portions... This president loves this country and its people. I know that sounds trite, but it constantly exudes from him. Trump is also deeply engaging and entertaining in person, and despite what the media often claims, insightful and quick to cut through nonsense.

There are two things the president told me that you will want to know...

First, I asked him to promise me that, given the economic devastation we have seen, he would agree to never advocate for another national lockdown again. He couldn't have been more clear on this: "No second lockdown, no matter what," he told me.

Trump went to Michigan the next day and announced this same promise to the American people in front of the national media. This was the one thing beyond all others I wanted to hear him say, and I was deeply gratified that he agreed with me on it.

The second major takeaway he told me had to do with the ongoing Russia-collusion debacle. Recently declassified documents from the Director of National Intelligence and Senate Republicans have shown that General Flynn was set up at the highest levels of the FBI and DOJ. When I asked what to expect next, the president wouldn't give me details, but he did say with a big grin that what's coming next on Russiagate would be "unbelievable."

My half-hour sit-down with the president went by in a flash. As hard as it may be to believe, it was more like two friends talking than an up-and-coming media commentator sitting down with the most powerful person on the planet.

Then again, that's part of Trump's genius... And it's how he was able to overturn the political establishment in the stunning 2016 election upset. Trump is such a gifted politician that he makes you think he isn't one – at least not when he's talking to you – despite holding the highest elected office in the land.

Trump's certainly going to need all that and more. With the country fighting through an ongoing pandemic, the economy in a depression, and the 2020 election looming, it's obvious Trump faces the biggest test of his presidency so far.

Having been able to take the measure of the man up close and personal, I think he is up to the task. And I hope to get a chance to ask him about it all again in 2021.

Do you have your copy of my new book yet?

BuckSexton_TheSocialismSurvivalGuide_5ecd67574552a.png

It's all about how to survive the coming socialist disaster.

You see, when the 2008 crash came, I was such a stock market novice that I hadn't even taken the time to allocate the money in my 401(k) plan. (That was a happy accident for me, as it turned out Treasury bonds were a great place to be.)

The one thing I did recognize, though, was that the "experts" overwhelmingly looked like fools, and it was the average, everyday folks who were left holding the bag while Uncle Sam bailed out the banks.

That same type of crisis is happening today... and it will likely be even worse than in 2008.

America is on a collision course with socialism. Your investments, bank accounts, everything that you own, and the work that you do will be affected. This book will tell you why this is happening – and more importantly, what to do about it.

Don't let the coming big surprise crush your wealth or your aspirations. Read, learn, and prepare – with the Socialism Survival Guide.

This book can't be found in stores... on Amazon... or anywhere else for that matter. The ONLY way to get a copy of my new book before anybody else in America has a chance to read it is by clicking right here and listening to a special message from Dr. Ron Paul.

Tony,

"No second lockdown, no matter what," he told me.

Id have liked Buck to ask him exactly what Trump meant.

Northam, in Va, is now requiring face masks although I'm convinced sure it doesn't apply to me. If so I'd maybe be guilty of a misdemeanor. Northam lied. He said in his speech he wasn't enforcing it criminally and then classified it as a Class 1 mis-chevious act.

I certainly hope if Trump is reelected there is something in the Constitution or Bill of Rights that allows the President to countermand a Governors mandates.

As irritating as Trump is, he has my vote and if he carries through with those words it will mean something special.

Quite, at times he holds back on the specifics which is what disorientates a lot of people. How purposefully he holds his cards close to his chest, given the irrational ferocity of his enemies, quick to seize on any mis-step, one can only guess.

I reckon that we globally are living in such an exorbitant Nanny State period brought on by majorities of citizens with such addiction on government dependence, in every which way, that most people have come to expect an image of paternal/maternal 'reassurance' from our leaders and Trump doesn't deliver the kind comfort and soft words to them to calm such childish fears.  For those adults who don't need sugar coating and want to be left alone to our lives and think for ourselves, Trump is delivering in spades - through actions louder than words.

I am following the pandemic and its treatment in the USA more closely, since my country almost 60 days in, has enforced police state controls - under the pretext of civil safety, of course... The quicker you dispatch with the lock down there, it may be this corrupt govt., drunk with power will be pressured to follow. At a greater degree here but not unlike a few of the US states also holding onto control for blatant political gain, I notice.  (And that's with a comparatively minute number of infections and deaths in SA next to the US).

Trump wants out of pandemic controls, and back to the incredible economic growth you've experienced recently, he made that clear from the start and is reinforcing his stance now. (A pragmatist without principles, they try to tell us).

My opinion, for what it's worth: while it was ~necessary~ for his election the first time to block the gathering force of the new "progressive" Left -- now, in the Covid "aftermath", my sense, and speaking for some other people of a mostly silent number abroad - this time round his re-election will be imperative. For your sake and the US, mainly, and on the international front.

But I don't expect it will come about in the USA of today (there would be race riots to the end of the century), so we have to wait and see what happens.

The shots of the rioting show whites right in there, being as violent as everyone else. What would you do if you were a cop and you were trying to get someone to move along, or you are trying to arrest them, and they resist? What if the perpetrator uses slurs, the eff word, the mf word, and what if they spit on you or strike you? You have been trained to deal with these situations, but when I watched that cop being filmed kneeling on the guys neck (and he knew it . . . I think I saw the cop smile for the camera) how could he not know his anger might end with the death of someone in his “shaky” custody? Was the policemen fed up and “just not going to take it anymore?”) Was this case and many others, murder for hire?

Yet, how can a perpetrator act like a savage or Attila the Hun and not know the potential risks? How can a perpetrator be so stupid and violent and not expect serious repercussions? And how can protesters burn, loot, and potentially murder innocent people because they are ticked off and in a “mob mentality?” Does the law owe them for their actions if they just aren’t going to take it anymore? This isn’t defending yourself.  So, is momentarily crazy a valid defense? Peter

I bought 7 Mega Ball tickets at two bucks each, and I got the mega millions number which is equal to 2 bucks, and also the mega millions number plus one which is equal to 4 bucks, so I spent 14 and got 6 in return AND I had a lot of fun anticipating a win. The next drawing is on Tuesday and in 2020. Take home for the cash option after taking out 60 percent for taxes is $142, 000, 000.

It’s daydreaming time again. The Mega Millions lottery is at 378 million dollars if you get the payout over time. The next drawing is today Friday June 5, at 11pm. Tickets cost 2 dollars each. The immediate cash payment is 297.6 million, but the after taxes take home amount is only 55 percent of that so . . . If you win tonight you walk away with 163.68 million dollars after taxes!!! Gamble responsibly. I am going to buy two tickets at Goose Creek gas station near Fenwick Island, Delaware.

Next week, after depositing my check I may hire a financial advisor but I think I could make some good investment choices myself. From Downton Abbey. "That chap Ponzi has some excellent investment for us!"  Where would you invest the money?  Peter

Mayor Bowser is attempting to evict the National Guard that’s protecting Washington, DC, from the hotels they stay in at night.

Trump says if she keeps up with her shit then they will be replaced by police of the various Executive Branch agencies such as the Justice and State Departments and military, under his direct command.

The fascists are planning to overrun the White House. Don’t get too upset if it happens. It is not real. If it happens it will only be because he allowed it to happen — they can’t really overrun him or anything of his, but they may be allowed to.

Such an event would wake up more people to the danger we are in. A necessary scare event, like if it were to say, burn down. It would sharpen focus and help people understand why President Trump is going to have use all the powers of the Executive to protect the People and the Republic.

So beautiful.

Know what a U.S. Marshall is?

U.S. Marshalls operate independently of mayors, cops, sheriffs, councilmen, governors, etc., and they serve federal, United States Justice Department indictments and they make federal arrests not subject to any local interference.

No fraudulent Russian interference investigation, no amateur impeachment shitshow, no Scamdemic and no engineered race war will stop what is coming.

Nothing can stop what is coming.

Here is one of the best pieces of news for President Trump's reelection I have heard in a long time.

Former President George W. Bush and Senator Mitt Romney will not support President Trump for reelection (see here). Let's see how true that is by election time, but. God, I hope it remains true.

These kinds of Republican leaders who sold out their loyalty to globalism and the "endless war for profit" system are out of place among MAGA USA patriots.

It is likely these guys will support Biden. And, God, I hope for that even more. 🙂

I know I keep seeing people like Colin Powell say they will support Biden.

And I say, "Go for it. Please..."

I really hope that becomes a thing among the neocons. It will be easier for President Trump to clean house down to the bone after he is sworn into his second term since he will have no loyalty chips to pay off.

I used to have a license plate that began, GWB (no joke)  but the one for my new car has LBN which could be short hand for Lyndon Baines Nixon. joke

It is a sad day when when past Presidents do not support the sitting President and it is a bad day when past Republican Presidents embrace a former Democratic President. In about 5 months President Trump SHOULD log into his internet accounts as POTUS and those Ex Presidents will be forgotten.

Not that permission would be denied.

Same, same for the FBI and DEA.

Oh Hi, Billy.

You think it funny that respected men in suits own the cartels and not the short fat thin-mustached greasy guys with no shirt who "eluded the police of the world for decades" who were the actual billionaires behind it all?

You have always bought the latter, haven't you?

You are a painfully simple person, Billy.

Search Romney Mexico drug dead

Is it strange that they moved to Mexico in 1880s but they send George to Michigan to be Governor and Mitt to Massachusetts to be Governor and maybe President of the US, but they stay living down there in Mexico to grow chiles, and surrounded by dangerous drug cartels?

Search Mitt Boston cartel Bain

Is it strange that Mitt shows up in Boston from nowhere (wait no, not from nowhere, from the Mexican chile farm he was born on) shows up in Boston with Billions of dollars and goes on a Wall Street acquisition binge?

Maybe they have to inform, so that there are no mishaps, but I would be surprised if actual law is that a County Sheriff can say no to U.S. Marshalls who are the armed police of the Justice Department.

In the current case, the District has no Counties or Sheriffs. There may be neighbor Sheriffs present with permission of the District of Columbia, but the District itself has no Sheriff to say no, even if Sheriffs really can reject them.

Seen how Democrats are trying frantically to diminish, delegitimize, defund and eliminate police?

They don't want to clean up the police anymore. They don't want to weed out the bad anymore.

Now it's: We don't need any police. Minneapolis City Council is trying to disband its police department wholesale.

Is that extreme?

Do ordinary explanations do well at explaining extreme events? Ordinary such as, they want to end police racism, they want to punish the racist police, they want to save taxpayers money, etc.

Or should you expect an extreme, shocking, maybe even hard-to-accept explanation, for extreme events?

They want to eliminate police departments.

Try to make it make sense. ou are a Democrat. You and your Party have ruled the city, every office, for decades. You and your Party built the police and commanded its direction, for decades. And now you desperately want it disbanded and scattered to the winds. Tey hold the offices they hold and on paper they control the police, but do you believe they still have control? Why would they be clamoring to disband organizations of power and authority that they still control? Are the departments infiltrated by Army Counterintelligence and under Trump's control now? Are the police, YOUR POLICE, who covered up your crimes for decades, who know some of what you've really been up to for decades ...
