It would appear the above sobered Liddle’ Schitt up somewhat — he’s not talking about leading a big House Intel Committee investigation of Trump anymore.

Schiff declared that "there's a difference between seeing eidence of collusion and being able to prove a criminal conspiracy beyond a reasonable doubt" and that it would be "up to Mueller" to determine whether Trump or senior members of his campaign team broke the law.”

And luckily we all agree that Mueller is a good, honest guy who is all about law and order.

After Mueller wraps up and clears Trump what can be said of those still yapping about Russia collusion? –––> They are opposed to law and order.

Q Post #19  Oct 31, 2017:

Why do D’s want to control the black pop?
Why do they intentionally keep poor and in need?
Why do D’s project racism on a daily basis against R’s?
Why do black elected officials do the crazy talk on behalf of D’s?
How do D’s cover the historical facts of forming the confederacy, KKK, and oppose all things pro black re: legislation?
What happens if D’s lose the slave grip on the black pop?
Why do D’s, through the funding of the CIA, prop up and install Hollywood/media assets?
Does this fall within Operation Mockingbird?
What were the historical advantages D’s gained by having MSM and famous people peddling narrative?
Who exposed the pedo network within H wood?
You can’t answer the above but will laugh once disclose details.
The network which controls this false narrative which in turns keeps the black pop under control is being dismantled.
False local and national black leaders will be exposed next as shills for the D party.
Follow the money.
Maxine W has a $4mm home and cash assets in excess of $6mm.
How is that possible? One example.
All of these questions help to paint the full picture.

Q

I can answer the four questions starting with "What bill did the Senate" ....

Senate recently passed a bill to make lynching a federal crime.

Kamala Harris*, Cory Booker and Tim Scott are the authors. *Pictured top right. (And Smollett is top right in that picture.)

The false flag and fabricated lynching of Jussie Smollett.

Yes. "CBS also states that when police arrived at Smollett’s apartment, a “noose was still around” the actor’s neck. The officers also confirmed smelling bleach on Smollett’s clothing in their documentation." https://uproxx.com/news/empire-jussie-smollett-noose-police-attack/

Q post #2793

Chatter among the traitors on how to silence us, limit all of us to their fake news platforms.

Traitors contemplating faked hacks of their platforms, as cover to take those platforms down.

Q team already has countermeasures in place: the emergency alert system will drive text to every cell phone, brand new real–time news and video–stream platforms controlled by the White House, and seizure of the traitors’ platforms.

Q!!mG7VJxZNCI18 Feb 2019 - 1:50:20 PM
Chatter uptick re: how to effectively prevent cross-talk re: anti-narrative across all social media/online platforms.
Ability to prevent cross-talk narrows comms only to FAKE NEWS which provides for more control over what is released to inform the public.
A series of scenarios is currently being conducted ['game the sys'] to test response, risk, and calc results.
'Censorship' [added] layers of inserted code 'through keyword targeting' in bio, history, and comments + indiv platform mods has failed to curtail the problem.
'China-Russia-Iran' 'fake' take-down hacks of select platforms (for maintenance) is one scenario being game-played.
[Zero-Day]
Countermeasures in place.
[Example]
Think Emergency Alert System.
Think WH controlled *new* RT 'news' website
Think WH controlled *new* video stream platform
Think Here.
Should this occur, immediate steps will be taken to classify each as 'Public Utility' (essential public services) to gain appropriate gov regulation (control).
Why do we make things public?

I'm in LA. Just put eyes on the building Can confirm that it was definitely breached. Brand new plywood covering two front doors, all front windows, one side window. Definitely wasn't a training exercise. No way they would have blown out a bldg in dt LA like that.

Here's the pix. Took these a few hrs ago. This is the building the military breached in downtown LA. 1138 Wilshire. Fresh plywood covering the doors and windows documenting that they were forcibly entered. More to follow..

Since when does the military drop by unannounced in the middle of downtown LA, land helicopters in the street while civilians are around, forcibly break and enter into a privately owned building, and then fly away taking things with them? More to follow...

Local talk show Maven, Duke Brooks who is based in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware was trying to figure out why, states that don't border Mexico like Delaware are suing our President. A caller also mentioned how Trump got 63 percent of the vote here on the eastern shore and over 80 percent in the mountainous counties of Maryland.

Robert Tracinski wrote in The National Emergency Emergency: I declare a national emergency of presidents declaring national emergencies . . . . We certainly can't depend on the Democrats to save us from this system. Their predominant response to Trump's abuse of emergency powers is to suggest the alternative ways in which they would abuse it. Here, for example, is Democratic presidential candidate Elizabeth Warren: "Gun violence is an emergency. Climate change is an emergency. Our country's opioid epidemic is an emergency. Donald Trump's ridiculous wall is not an emergency." This also indicates why backing the use of emergency powers is such a terrible idea for Republicans, who are reinforcing a precedent certain to be exploited when the presidency changes parties. Thus we wrap up our 39th year in a state of national emergency, which I hardly need point out is a contradiction in terms. An emergency is by definition a temporary state of affairs. In the context of the American system, the only emergency powers a president can legitimately claim--or be granted--are in situations that require him to act in the days or weeks before Congress can intervene and decide on which policies to approve. But beyond the span of a few week, it is up to Congress to declare war, impose an embargo, fight an infectious disease, and so on--all the goals that have instead been farmed out to executive emergency powers. Everything is now an emergency, and special emergency powers are quickly becoming the normal, everyday powers of the president. Which is an emergency in its own way .  . . .  "I didn't need to do this." If that's not the opposite of an emergency, I don't know what is. Seriously, who gives a press conference to promote the idea that has no choice but to impose a certain policy, then admits, "I didn't need to do this"? Worse, Trump also admits that the only real emergency is to cover up for his own failure. "It would have been great to have done it earlier, but I was a little new to the job, a little new to the profession, and we had a little disappointment for the first year and a half." This is an admission that Trump failed to pursue one of his top legislative priorities, and the real crisis is that he doesn't want to have to go back and make a deal with Congress to get what he wants. As someone put it a few years back, the president shouldn't be allowed "to subvert the Constitution of the US for his own benefit & because he is unable to negotiate w/ Congress." Who said that? Of course, it was Donald Trump. end quote

I think Robert has made some good points. While a wall may be needed on spots of the border, we have agents and surveillance in place too. Of course, the President made a promise to build a wall. Sure, he’s ticked off, no doubt about it. The President is a go to guy and he gets things done. But I am surprised Elizabeth Warren (Eliza Butt Warmer?) didn’t fabricate a story that the President is behind those “caravans” once headed for Arizona and Texas, just to bolster his case. He didn’t, did he? Joke. Wasn’t it Soros? Lawsuits and some ridicule have already occurred.  Has the President made a factual and political mistake? Peter

From the Times of Israel. In 2016 Bernie Sanders pushed the Democrats on Israel. Is he now mainstream? As the Vermont senator announces another presidential run, he looks less like an outlier on Israel, with many saying he made it kosher for candidates to criticize the Jewish state.

Here's a comment for the gay people who bash President Trump. I'm not going to bother citing a news story because I have totally lost respect for the news media. Besides, people can easily look this up because it's going to be around for a long time.

President Trump just launched a worldwide effort to decriminalize homosexuality in all countries. This, even for the Trump-haters, has to be on the same level as President Obama embracing gay marriage.

Nobody before had the balls to do this (both cases). I'm not a fan of former President Obama (that's an understatement) and I could snark about the why and how he did what he did, but the fact is he did it.

These two acts by US Presidents are the most important societal landmarks for gay people in human history and the keyword underlying them is freedom.

At this very moment, some Trump-hating gay idiots in the press are saying that President Trump's initiative is proof of his bigotry because it shows he hates Muslims. Most people are going to see that crap as proof of their bigotry. I know I do.

No matter, though. History is going to sweep them away like a strong breeze blows flies off shit.

So... To the gay people (good gay people) who have blasted me before over my support for President Trump, I say, "Observe history being made. Step out of your prejudice and use your eyes."

Maybe you will start to see--at least a little--what Trump supporters have seen all along.

Peter,

No.

The Democrats (the progressive and socialist ones) don't need precedent to trash the constitution.

Did FDR?

I could go on all day and night with examples of tyrannical stuff they did--actually did--without precedent...

I like some of Tracinski's writing, but when he gets talking about President Trump, he's an elitist ruling class sellout and that's all he is.

I refuse to be his inferior. I refuse to join his crony club.

And my guy is president, not his.

The emergency will stand because he is wrong about the legal, constitutional definition of an emergency, which is: that which the commander-in-chief declares is an emergency. We can overthink it ‘till steam comes out our ears, but out in the real world that’s the long and short of it. The Constitution has a cure when Congress disagrees — they can impeach him.

Since Congress had declared war FDR was clear to summarily imprison tens of thousands of US citizens.

Congress declared war on terror eighteen years ago and terrorists have been arrested at the border.

Pro open border = anti–America.

Tsk–tsking Trump for fighting until it’s secured = anti–America.

Hey, I have an idea! Let’s roll ourselves into a tight defensive ball, let’s do nothing. That way, when there is a Democrat in office, they too will refrain from doing anything bold! We can manage their tyranny this way. Generations of Republican timidity have set us up for gentle tyranny — if Trump doesn’t screw it up for us.

The press was going apeshit earlier today over the ISIS bride lady who says she made a mistake and wants to come back to the US.

Was she really a citizen? Was she an illegal when she was in the US? Were her parents illegal? Did she burn her passport? Is Pompeo confused? Does he even know what he's talking about? Yada yada yada... (Subtext: How can we use this to attack Trump?)

They were going crazy, too. One conspiracy theory after another.

Well, the issue just got resolved:

That's the way true leaders do it.

"The buck stops here."

There is one point where I disagree with President Trump. He used an exclamation mark in his tweet. I don't think the issue deserves an exclamation mark.

I've read that as a daughter of a foreign diplomat born in this country she is not entitled to US citizenship. Also that she advocated while abroad in Syria killing Americans.Then--I mean now--she's claiming she was "brainwashed." Sorry, toots, go back to your Dad's country, whatever the fuck that is

Toots? What's up Doc, said the wabbit?

She is despicable and getting too much press time. And I agree, Brant, the best comeuppance / revenge against bad foreigners like her is to let them stay in their country's of origin.

Michael wrote: I like some of Tracinski's writing, but when he gets talking about President Trump, he's an elitist ruling class sellout and that's all he is. end quote

I agree, and I usually skim the paragraphs when Tracinski is talking about the best President we have had . . . 1) in the 20th century, and/or, 2) the best America has ever had. I am very serious about those two judgements. I think other President’s such as Jefferson had a more philosophical basis for their political convictions while Trump’s are more of a “gut feeling and gut thinking” about his country, with some college level book learnin’ thrown in. And I agree that it is the usual “big O Objectivist” critique of everybody and goes back to Ayn Rand, that the person has to have a stated political and moral philosophy to be “perfect.”

I am not insinuating President Trump was lying about the “border crisis” to score a political point. I was thinking more in terms of an episode of “Chicago PD” I saw last night (but I won’t bore anyone with a synopses, except to say that the plot contained the old cliché that you had to protect your fellow cops even if they grievously err. Or “You need to be a little bit dirty to be a good cop and dirty to be a moral human being” is another way of stating that cliché.) It is like the comparison of prevaricating and just not speaking up, or the sin of commission and  . . . omission . . . We are not in a war. I think of politics as being at times like a friar’s club “roast.”

Therefor way up the moral scale I ask, “Must any human or even our Oh Mighty Karnac, President exaggerate to get his way?” No. If you are in the right, fight and battle away, but don’t exaggerate or lie. Among his supporters that behavior may generate a chortle, a snicker, or even a hoot, but try explaining that morality to a child.  A political battle is not a war. Pelosi is not Hitler. Lying, exaggeration, and twisting the truth IS the tactic of the left, not of the Patriot.

One more interesting fact about Wednesday night TV. Chicago Med is on at 8 followed by Chicago Fire and then Chicago PD at ten and the shows overlapped and have crossover actors. On Chicago fire it explained how apartment buildings in Chicago have a red box with a master key in the vehicle that opens each box that has a key to open each apartment door. All fire department engines have a master key that will open that box in an emergency but what could go wrong?   Peter
