I found the quote but knew nothing about him and still know only what you and I have posted. The oil interests are guilty of pure evil. Rand totally missed that the RockeStandard mafia was not entrepreneurial or capitalistic. A second read of everything you found above is warranted. Hylan could see, in 1922, a hundred years this has been going on, that the people behind the oil wars were gladly walking over any number of corpses to get exclusive mafia lockdown on worldwide energy control.
