You are probably correct as usual. When the GOP had the Presidency, the Senate and the House several years ago, they increased Federal spending, borrowed more to increase the national debt to levels never seen before, and involved the US in foreign wars. They remained ignorant of the evils of the unconstitutional nature of the Federal Reserve and made no attempt to even just audit the Fed, with the exception of Dr. Ron Paul who was disrespected and ignored.

Now the Federal Reserve will allow the stock market to dip a certain percentage, then the Republicans will be blamed for the loss in preparation for the 2016 elections.

Did you hear that president Obama pointed out that only a third of eligible voters cast ballots and he claimed that the other two thirds who did not vote are his supporters.

A schizophrenic has been described as someone who lets his own consciousness take precedence over reality. That may be true of sociopaths and certain ideologues as well. You don't have to be crazy or psychotic to be evil and you can delude yourself to think that you are right and good in the process.

I would suggest that anyone here take a few minutes each day to read the introductions to audio interviews at www.KingWorldNews.com.

Meanwhile China buys more gold which is sold be the Western central banks who think gold is worthless. The yuan will replace the dollar in the future.

That is unless the newly elected Republican establishment types listen to reason. The GOP establishment outnumber the Tea Party GOP in both the Senate and the Congress. Hard to know whether the Tea Party members understand the role of gold and the need to audit the Fed and abolish it with a return to gold and silver as money as enshrined in the Constitution. See Article 1 Sections 8 and 10. Or are Tea Party types just angry because of the bailouts and as ignorant at the establishment GOP?

Now is not the time for reconciliation. Now is the time for balls to the walls. The new Senate majority leader needs to find his set and to stand up for constitutionalism and individual rights, or he should be voted out. Put a Senator who is worthy of a Tea Party into the majority spot.

Repeal Obamacare a piece at a time if need be, but get rid of it.

Keep all the parliamentary tricks that Harry Reid enacted until we Tea Party Republicans see a potential 2016 Communist / Progressive Senatorial or Presidential victory.

Pass good legislation in the House and Senate dismantling the socialist / progressive agenda. Let Obama veto and we will count every commie democrat who votes to thwart the will of the majority. Keep a well publicized log of all these traitors to the Constitution.

Any Republican asshole who puts his reelection hopes before the good of the nation should be targeted for a primary loss.

Well, Obama is cooked for a while.

One big problem down and a gazillion to go.

For starters, how about some internal strife in the Republican party to slam the brakes on neocons?

The last thing we need is to ramp up wars and nation-building the neocon way.

Here's something I got from Glenn Beck, though.

The Tea Party is supposed to be racist.

Yet Tim Scott is the first black senator to be elected in the South (in South Carolina at that!) since the Reconstruction.

Mia Love is the first black GOP woman elected to Congress, and the first person of Haitian descent. She came from dirt-poor parents and she's a Mormon. In... Utah...

Glenn asked both how full their schedules are due to requests for interviews from MSNBC, The New York Times, etc., to talk about how they overcame their race barriers and gender for Mia. After all, in everything but political orientation, these two are dream successes for the Progressive agenda.

They both laughed and said they're still waiting.

I think both intend to join the black caucus in Washington. I wonder how that will go...

The voters have made their peace with Statist dominance in both politics and the market place since the time of FDR. The people are at rest in a coffin of neo-fascist management of the economy and the society. Short of a political (and moral) revolution there they will stay.

Sheesh Bob! The land slide election just occurred and the peaceful revolution just needs a little work. It would be counterproductive to turn on Mitch Mcconnell because he can be an effective voice for conservative reform. However, he needs a clear majority to be able to keep a stiff backbone. I am not for gridlock, but I am also not for taking away any more rights of American citizens. It is time to restore those rights.

The Republicans need to caucus and find their common set of values and an agenda for the next two years. It is time for a Tea Party coalition to unite. Who can lead that coalition? Ted Cruz cannot do it alone but along with Paul Ryan, Rand Paul, Mark Rubio, James Risch (R-Idaho), Michael Enzi (R-Wyo.) and Tim Scott (R-S.C. The 1st black senator elected from South since Reconstruction) it can easily be done.

So no more baloney. Wheres the beef? And how about some optimistic solutions? The Republican / Tea Party majority should not put off building a caucus. Dont wait for some social gathering, with hoopla, in the future. Video conference now. Get on the phone now. Let's hear from YOU.

We are entering a phase of American politics that will present great opportunities for the freedom agenda.

However, it is also a phase wherein we could have the final nails hammered into the American transformation into the coffin of socialism.

As I see it... the greatest opportunity for the freedom agenda is the same today as it has always been... and that is for each individual American to first establish in their own life. Only then does that freedom have the opportunity to live in the world at large.

So while the prospects of freedom for America as a nation are still not clear...

...the prospects of freedom for each individual American are just as bright as they have always been...

...because God is the grantor of that freedom... not the government.

Disregarding the benign smiley face, I count at least 5 non-sequiturs in this brief comment. Quite possibly an OL record.

"Republican Tsunami" [!]

Are you daft? According to Obama "the 2/3rds of you who didn't vote, I hear you too". So, the voters who voted democrat (43%), plus 2/3rds (67%) equals 110%!!! A super-super majority mandate for the most popular and intelligent President of the US of A ever!! "Fear me you losers".

I think your own math is at sea here Mikee. You are adding up two different categories, not two parts of the same category. You start by adding up all who voted then all who didn't. Those who didn't are 2/3rds of all possible voters. Those who did are 1/3. The 43% Democrats come out of that 1/3 which equals 14.32% + 67% = 81.32%.

any grounds are grounds for impeachment for if the House passes it the Senate will act by a trial and vote--for instance, quality of arithmetic skills

It's makes sense that you would view your personal responsibility for your own life as a non sequitur.

That can only mean that you haven't claimed your own freedom

and are still waiting for the government to give it to you.

That's what liberals do... they wait for the government to give things to them.

Greg is unfalsifable. He does have arguments but they're all circular. You can get on his epistemological merry-go-round or you can get off it but you can not stop it. What's funny is watching people trying to argue with him. That means they have one foot on the ride and one on the ground and they keep being thrown to the ground, not by Greg but by the merry-go-round. The irony is that makes Greg smarter qua his (disowned) arguments. He can't lose and the other guy can't win. Since his is the essentially negative positive he has not much substantive to say so whoever shuts up on him shuts him up to that extent. I tried that but the fun sucked me back.

Its 1:20pm on Thursday November 6th. John Boehner is going to be holding a news conference today and Fox is going to cut away to it. They are mentioning how Mcconnel and Boehner are fairly close. They both seem to be glowing with optimism (and are acting like they are IN CHARGE) so we can only assume they THINK they have their respective legislative bodies behind them.

Boehner just began speaking.

Well, my math is rather rough. 67% is a round (off) up of 2/3rds (66.68 + 14.32 = 81% leaving 19% [14.32 vs 19] who voted but not Democrat leaving an error of .01 in the 14.32 which can be further reduced but never completely eliminated such being the curse of 3rds [66.68 has a similar problem]).

The traded one set of Statists for another. This election was a rant, not a philosophical re-alignment.

Michael:

This is getting to be so hilariously transparent that combined with the Detroit video of black activists all the way through too the tremendous statement by Condi Rice yesterday that she has been black all her life and noone needs to tell her what it is like.

She continued and eviscerated the marxist race baiting...

not the full interview...

http://youtu.be/BM0hAnydMgM

http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/223161-dems-midterm-racial-attacks-appalling-rice-says

As to the elected first black Senator since Reconstruction elected from the South may be that he was the only one in history that was "slected" from the South.

I have to cheeck this, however it appears that the "black Senator's" during Reconstuction were appointed rather than elected which would make sense since the direct election of Federal Senator's did not begin until the ratification of the 17th Amendment on April 8tth, 1913.
