I listen to, and make, electro-industrial music. The genre was originally explicitly Marxist but dropped the ideology in time.

Still, Rand would not approve of my preferences.

I don't care. She's dead. I like my music.

I loved this song during my adolescence. Even now, at the beginning of my second decade of life, I still have a soft-spot for this song.

I was wondering if anyone here has a particular "anti-life" song they like.

About 30 seconds gives me a headache.

I like the "

" better than anything else I've heard recently.

Carol: Wordcraft is considerably harder than you realize for most people. It is unfortunate words come so easy to you, you might have developed other skills, like the ability to reason. I forgive you. I enjoy your poems and prose.

Speaking of which...

I listened to the above song, on my Walkman, every day on the bus ride to my middle school.

Also, Andrew, the public has been demanding a new song from you.

Louis the XIV may have been the state, but I am the public.

Warning: Content contained herein is confirmed to be a gateway drug to liking country music.

I've recently laid down the vocals for my new song.

Just need to add production, sample loops, horrible noises and maybe one new melodic component and its done.

Cool, I'm looking forward to it.

Warning

Warning, Warning, Warning, Warning, Warning, Warning, Warning!

You are a dangerous man.

Michael: Where are the posting guidelines when we really need them?

I wouldn't say I am a dangerous man, but the music I listen to has been known to disintegrate minds! So listen at your own risk. I put the "Warnings" in my posts for fear of legal action against me. I can see it now:

Little Timmy was innocently browsing Obectivist Living when he inquisitively pressed "play" on one of the videos posted by the user "Kyle Jacob Biodrowski;" his mind was instantly disintegrated. To this day, Little Timmy can't properly appreciate the analytic-synthetic dichotomy and the Venice arias! The man named "Kyle Jacob Biodrowski," who is presumably a homicidal maniac, sadistically enjoys warping the minds of the youth with his videos. After the incident, he was promptly sued for millions of dollars. Which he didn't have likely because his own mind was so perverted that he didn't think of inventing the dashboard Jesus bobble-head. With which, he would have made millions...

Now don't bring light-switch Jesus into this.

Dems fighten words!

I admit I used the nuclear option--perhaps too soon and too lightly.

I say nu-cle-er if I want to, BTW

No worries, I pronounce "nuclear" as new-clear. Whenever I do, the people around me look at me as if I'm some uneducated George W. or somethin'. Some people just don't appreciate a speech impairment...

Brant,

There is a wall between us. A wall of electronic wires, LEDs, plastic and filament.

You better hope I don't break on through (to the other side).

Any Stone Temple Pilot fans on board?

Here's a new one from them ft. Chester Bennington (Linkin Park).

After a few listens, I rather like it. Though, I still miss Weiland.
