A major reason I read RealClearPolitics is that they have two really smart, even-handed political analysts in-house.

Not knocking the other writers, but Jay Cost and Sean Trende (who even have the right surnames for their occupations), are two of the best now out there.

Here's Trende on why neither Obama nor Romney should be as eager to win the upcoming election as either gives the impression of being.
