Peter
I would guess a train decoupling cars was the sound in your video. Where there are freight trains the same sounds will be heard.I was a kid living in Rhode Island near Quonset Point Naval Air Station, in 1958 and 1959 when the Aurora Borealis was active. I went outside after dark with a friend who had experienced it before. We lay down on the ground facing upwards and watched the light show. When it suddenly started making those grinding, dinosaur sounds I almost wet my pants. I panicked because it seemed as if the sky was alive and about to fall on me.Peter

Selene
So Jonathan, are you thinking that the sound from this instrument could have been projected via speakers?By the way, no interest in football this year?
