Where the eff is Jeff Riggenbach? And I've got a working theory involving you. The last posted edition of The Libertarian Tradition was over two months ago, and it was about Robert Bidinotto's novel. You were especially effusive in your praise of the book, as I recall. JR's review, well, I thought it was positive but my theory holds that you were upset by it. Upset enough to express your feelings via braising, roasting, deep frying, sautéing, and pickling.
