It would explain a lot about how effed up Jersey has always been. And before anyone starts, I had to grow up there--'65-'69--so I have rights, dammit.

Napoleon's Brother in New Jersey?

Is it urban legend? I have vague memories of hearing this before. Dunno but surely a fun read.
