~ Helen Mirren, Cuba Gooding and Stephen Dorff. Need I spell out more?

~ Really not sure just WHAT to think about this...story. Unusual, yes; unique, fer sure. But...is something lacking?

~ It's worth seeing...I think. -> Mirren 'raised/taught' Gooding the 'profession'; they're also lovers; they each find a vicarious worth of living non-violently in a mother they (betrayingly) spared with the child she's (and they!) are raising, hidden from the one (a really sadistic thug-leader who hates being conned) who paid them to kill the mother (whom they didn't know 'till the last second that she was pregnant.) Oh, the guy finds out...and is looking for them all. --- Quite strange, relationship-wise all around.
