Some of you who are not old enough to remember what Evita has always been about...

2. ‘Dangerous character flaws’

[Hillary Clinton] set up a bogus advisory committee [while working on education reform in Arkansas] and staged an elaborate public consultation process to validate a preconceived initiative. She gave the appearance of working very much within the established political process, building consensus and seeking votes, while short-circuiting debate within her own advisory group. She also discovered the usefulness of identifying an enemy and demonizing it to galvanize public support. Thus the idea that the failure of health care reform was largely due to Hillary’s political inexperience cannot be sustained. … Unfortunately for Hillary, the same tendencies and characteristics that had worked for her in Arkansas, and appeared there as strengths, when tested now in a truly partisan political environment, would reveal not just surprisingly poor judgment on her part but character flaws of a particularly dangerous and self-destructive sort. [p. 329-330].

And it has only gotten worse...

Thirty-two days...768 hours or so till Ms. personality has to testify before Trey Gowdy's committee on the Benghazi initial it's a video lie which is indisputable.

However, she could claim that it was the agreed upon cover story and she really did not fully understand that that was not good.

Here is another problem Evita has that is going to pick up steam when Biden "the dumbest VP in history," gets in.

The problem is that Bernie the "socialist/communist/progressive marxist" is in her face and her platitudes with this:

“And now let me tell you something that no other candidate for president will tell you. And that is no matter who is elected to be president, that person will not be able to address the enormous problems facing the working families of our country. They will not be able to succeed because the power of corporate America, the power of Wall Street, the power of campaign donors, is so great that no president alone can stand up to them. That is the truth. People may be uncomfortable about hearing it, but that is the reality.”

Sounds like Bernie doesn't like separation of power and dreams of a dictatorship. Who would of thought a leftist would dream of absolute power? For "the people" [ignorant stupid helpless children that they are] of course. He means well I'm sure [sarc]. So now the other branches of government represent "corporate power". That's coup material. Maybe Obama will beat him to it.

What about the Guevedocehe?

Scientists and BBC presenter travelled to the Dominican Republic to meet the 'Guevedoce' males who do not grow a penis until puberty

A strange Island Dominica...

Johnny is known as a “Guevedoce”, which literally means, “penis at twelve”. And the reason he’s called that is because, like 1 in 90 of the boys in the area, he first started to grow a penis when he was going through puberty.

Guevedoces are also sometimes called “machihembras” meaning “first a woman, then a man”. When they’re born they look like girls with no testes and what appears to be a vagina. It is only when they near puberty that the penis grows and testicles descend

.

Johnny, who is now in his 20s, was once known as Felicita. He was brought up as a girl and remembers going to school in a little red dress.

When he was young he would happily play with other little girls, but after the age of seven he started to change

“I did not feel good, I no longer liked to wear a skirt, and I was no longer drawn to play with girls. All I wanted to do is play with toy guns and boys”

In a bombshell exclusive, The National ENQUIRER reported the 67-year-old Democratic front-runner is suffering from the early stages of the debilitating disease MS. A political insider close to her and husband Bill told The ENQUIRER. "She's been working with her staff to keep the medical drama under wraps, and she's doing her best to deal with it."

Hillary Clinton speaks at a press conference at the Women’s Empowerment Event
WENN

But other sources claimed Clinton has suffered three secret strokes, according to the report, and it seems to be taking a toll. Out on the campaign trail, another close source said, "behind the scenes she appears exhausted, dazed and confused at times." Her most trusted aide, Huma Abedin, even sleeps in her hotel room to keep an eye on her "in case there's a medical emergency," the insider claimed.

Clinton has a history of blackouts, falls, memory loss, blinding headaches, vision problems and collapses dating back at least a decade. In 2005, she fainted during a luncheon speech in Buffalo, N.Y. Four years later, then–Secretary of State Clinton broke her right elbow in a mysterious fall in a U.S. State Department garage. In 2011, Clinton collapsed while boarding a flight in Yemen, but insisted she'd simply slipped.

In May 2014, GOP strategist Karl Rove sparked a furor when he publicly accused Clinton of being brain-damaged after she suffered a head injury from a fall in Dec. 2012. As The ENQUIRER reported at the time, Clinton had collapsed at home, striking her head.

She sustained a concussion and was hospitalized for three nights. Doctors discovered she had a blood clot in a vein found between the brain and the skull behind her right ear. She was given blood thinners to dissolve the clot, but Rove charged her team was covering up what really happened, and insisted Hillary "had some kind of traumatic brain injury." Clinton was later seen wearing glasses with a prism designed to correct double vision, which is a recognizable symptom of MS.

"With the symptoms of falling, unstable balance and vision problems, she could have early symptoms of MS that went undiagnosed for years," Dr. Leslie R. Matthews, assistant professor of surgery at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, told The ENQUIRER.

An insider said, "It makes you wonder how long Hillary has been hiding her condition. Bill and their daughter, Chelsea, have to be extremely concerned."

"She is ignoring doctors who are telling her, 'Running for president will kill you.' She believes she was put on Earth for this, and there's no convincing her otherwise," an insider claimed. Do you think Hillary Clinton is healthy enough to be the President of the United States? Sound off in the comments below.

With her 2016 presidential campaign in full swing, The National ENQUIRER is reporting that Hillary Clinton is hiding two shocking health secrets – multiple sclerosis and a series of strokes!

Well, I'll be damned, I never thought the census counted illegals and legals who cannot vote because they are not citizens.

The distribution of these 435 seats is not static: they are reapportioned every ten years to reflect the population changes found in the census. That reallocation math is based on the relative “whole number of persons in each state,” as the formulation in the 14th Amendment has it. When this language was inserted into the U.S. Constitution, the concept of an “illegal immigrant,” as the term is defined today, had no meaning. Thus the census counts illegal immigrants and other noncitizens equally with citizens. Since the census is used to determine the number of House seats apportioned to each state, those states with large populations of illegal immigrants and other noncitizens gain extra seats in the House at the expense of states with fewer such “whole number of persons.”

How stupid of me. I did not consider how that would affect the 435 electoral votes that are allocated on a 1 vote per Congressional District. Therefore, when states gain or lose house seats each census, there is a "shift" in electoral votes per state +/- based on the

"total census count!!"

Right in front of my eyes, just never has been this pivotal.

And here is the other reason that this is being discussed now...the challenge of the alleged "one man one vote" decision from the 1960's. This case is on the SCOTUS calendar...

Voting

Evenwel v. Abbott has the potential to dramatically change political representation in many areas of the country. Prior to the 1960s, many state legislatures were badly malapportioned with districts of vastly different populations. The Supreme Court then held that such malapportionment denies equal protection of the law and announced the principle “one person, one vote.” This means that for any legislative body, all districts must be about the same in population size.

In Evenwel v. Abbott, challengers in Texas are arguing that districting should be based on the number of eligible voters, not population. Their approach would mean that those not eligible to vote, including children and noncitizens, whether documented or undocumented, would not be counted in drawing election districts.

Courts have consistently rejected the challengers’ argument that districting should be based on eligible voters rather than on population. If the court were to say that the Constitution requires districting based on voters and not population, there would be significant change in districting in many areas, diminishing the influence of cities and especially of minority communities. The case raises important questions of political theory: Is the goal to be sure that everyone is represented equally, or is it to be sure that voters have equal influence?

This is a peculiar article about Evita and one of her most loyal and protective attorney Lanny Davis.

This morning on Amtrak, Lanny Davis had a lot of feelings about 2016 and inadvertently decided to share them with the 6:55 a.m. train—which included two political reporters—as it zipped from D.C. to New York City.

The DC power lawyer and his traveling companions covered a lot of ground- whether Bernie Sanders is truly a Socialist (no), whether Joe Biden is a threat (he’s seen as a “buffoon”) whether Republican Carly Fiorina is nasty (yes)—as they chatted noisily and candidly about the ins and outs of the 2016 presidential race.

Asked to clarify later some of the statements that he made on that train, Lanny

Reached for further comment on his early-A.M. opining, Davis was very apologetic and emphasized that he isn’t part of Clinton’s campaign team.

“I first of all have nothing but the highest respect for Bernie Sanders, affection and respect,” he said. “I do not recall ever using a word like nut, unless you’re certain that I used the word nut, but I don’t recall that.”

(Confirmed: He used the word “nut”)

“If I used those words, they were used loosely—not meant—and I apologize for them because I have nothing but respect and affection for Sen. Sanders.”

Lanny then said the following...

“I do not believe Bernie Sanders is a socialist, and I believe Bernie Sanders could be elected president,” he continued. “Socialism is defined as a society where there is no private property, where the government owns everything.”

Are they this stupid?

"Socialism is a social and economic system characterised by social ownership and/or social control of the means of production and co-operative management of the economy" (Wikipedia).

Davis's alleged definition is way off. Firstly, Wikipedia's definition is restricted to the ownership of the means of production. So it does not include all property including personal property such as one's house, car, and clothes. Secondly, Wikipedia's definition encompasses control without ownership. Bernie Sanders is about as socialist as one can get. He even describes himself as a "democratic socialist" and relentlessly advocates more government control of business.

As usual, Merlin is correct.

".. condemning the concentration of wealth that was associated with capitalism.... (and) public ownership of the means of production, distribution and exchange...."

Related Terms: Fascism, Communism

Socialism is said to have evolved from the industrial revolution that shook Europe in the first half of the 19th century.

Taken to be an affiliate - but distinct from the Marxist form of government and law-making (Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels, who created the concept of Marxism, called it "scientific socialism").

Bogdanor commented that the common features of socialism include:

".. condemning the concentration of wealth that was associated with capitalism.... (and) public ownership of the means of production, distribution and exchange...."

If you say you're a socialist I'll take you at your word.

While all statism is at the core fascist, common palance differentiates fascism (and Nazism) from socialism from the purported left. Left, right. That leaves freeom lovers of the right out in the ideological cold with no other place to go. Good. Drop the right nomenclature crap. Let the conservatives work on it, choke on it.

This ugly fascism means the government leaves business private but tells it what to do. You end up with Soviet Man vs Nazi man. Along came Rand with Randian man. Makes a problem. Three different flavors of elitism commonly bound by posturing. There's a place for it in art if dealing with conflicting archetypes and the seemingly great power of totalitarianism. True individualism, however, comes from the inside out, not imitation of an ideal literally rendered. Rand never transcended her mish-mash of philosophy and art nor should be condemned for what those influenced by her failed so far to do. That's you and that's me. These things take a lot of time, so we aren't to be too harshly trated and self-treated either. All kinds of social, moral, ideological, economic and technological forces are coming together in an acceleration of history we are only seeing the very beginning of.

in practical terms the number one world problem is the proliferation of nuclear weapons followed by their likely use

number two is nutty, stupid Islam

number three is elephants dancing--get off the dance floor, please, you aren't an elephant: stand aside and use your elephant gun, fire at will, take a lunch break, fire some more; each beast needs a million rounds and you aren't going to fire them all so have fun doing it, don't make it a grim duty, use humor too; the elephants can't stand laughter (the good fight is the best fight and "living well is the best revenge" [the quote was endorsed by Nathaniel Branden])
