Louisiana's Election

Louisiana has elected Bobby Jindl who is the first non-white governor of the state. He probably received very few black votes. He received a strong majority of white voters. Here is my question does the vote in Louisiana mean that white voters are willing are thinking less about race than black voters.

Perhaps Louisiana white voters are more interested in honesty and ability.

One should remember the tremndous incompetence shown by the current governor along with the incompetence of the mayor of New Orleans.
