This is the anniversary of two famous murders. One was the killing by Byron DeLay Beckworth of NAACP leader Medgar Evers. The other was the killing by persons unknown( O J Simpson) of Ron Goldman and Nicole Simpson.
Beckwith died in prison.
Simpson may yet depending on how things turn out in the trial in the fall.
