Yesterday Jerry Mathers turned sixty. Jerry Mathers was the Beaver on Leave It to Beaver.

Leave It to Beaver ran several season in late 50ths and early 60ths. It was finally canceled because of the advancing ages of the two stars.

The most memorable character was Eddie Haskell who was one of Wally's buddys. Eddie was Uriah Heep as a teenager. He was always sucking up to the adults while bullying the little kids on the show. There were rumors that he became a famous porn star although he actually became a member of the LA PD. Ken Osmund is probably retired now. It's funny to think that Eddie Haskell is getting Social Security.
