It is a church choir singing a parody of "We Are the World". The choir members are from this church that demonstrates at the funerals of American serviceman celebrating the deaths of the servicemen because in this group's view the United States tolerates homosexuality which they believe is a sin. The servicemen's death are in their view God's punishment.
