I have just seen a report that three other Duke lacrosse players have filed a suit against Mike Nifong, Duke University, and the city of Durham.

Duke has settled with the three accused but the suit for wrongful discharge by Coach Pressler has been refiled. Duke continued to bad mouth Pressler. It isn't over!
