The Obama administration is off and running with its plans to move the country to mandatory national service of some kind, and this is just the first salvo in their battle plan. And if that were not enough, these activities are promoted through the government's serve.gov website. In it, she encourages intellectuals to organize in support of individualism as the only means of successfully fighting totalitarianism. dan2100 Posted March 3, 2010 Share Posted March 3, 2010 The site to the Pledge states:"As a sovereign individual, I assert the exclusive right to my life, my liberty and my property, as guaranteed in the U.S. Constitution."This makes me believe the person who made up that site hasn't read or understood the U.S. Constitution. This is a book that I believe any Objectivist, or person who enjoyed Atlas Shrugged, will find entertaining and informative. You can read the full review here.
