Around the time, "One Flew Over the Coocoo's (sp?) Nest" many more people were locked up in mental hospitals, but then the movement to free them began. And new drugs were tried on them to "wizen" them up.  However, all these shootings and vehicular homicides make me wonder if "crazy acting people" should be locked up again. Should societies bring back those big institutions?
