David Hume tops this PhilPapers survey of most influential and admired philosophers (scroll down to bottom of the page to “Non-living philosophers most identified with”).

One in 5 are female philosophers. (Where is Rand in admired and influential?)

Their biased, "hatred through de-selection of philosophers they do not agree with" is evident. Reinforcing that argument is the idea that Marx is a much admired economist even though he was so full of shit, it is laughable. Marx and Freud are two idiots proven wrong by history but they should have been proven wrong through the reasoning process of leftist thinkers.  History marches on.
