Mike Adams explains how this rule is applied in the 'organic' industry. They are crookeder than a dog's hind leg and lower than a snake's belly and they deserve a kick in the ass so hard that they gotta clear their throat to fart. That is why I eat (when possible) fresh food, non-processed and well rinsed off. My wife bakes our bread and flesh I eat most often are fresh fish from mid ocean where the pollution is minimal. Diet is to control weight and avoid adult onset diabetes. Buy fresh food and avoid the boxed. Etc. Take your dog for a (long) walk.
