I don´t enjoy her pictures so good –in my opinion because of I think she idealized extremely characters of her paintings (and her affaire with Gabriele D´Annunzio [-( )- but I really like one of her drawings. Do you like it or do you prefer Nick Gaetano´s pictures?

Thanks, Gonzalo, for that piece and introducing us to Tamara de Lempicka. I checked out some of her pieces online and her work is very interesting. Much of it is very cool stylized art-deco type illustration and captures the glamour of the era very well. Overall, I would say I like her work, although I think that some of her works unintentionally crossed the line into caricature.

I am curious to know the story behind the painting you posted and whether Rand was aware of Tamara de Lempicka.
