Can anyone point to Robert's essay on rationalism in elections?

Bidinotto argued that those who vote Libertarian to send a message or who oppose the "lesser of two evils" have a rationalistic approach to the moral principles involved. Unfortunately, a key word search is not very helpful, and every time I try to search his blog my browser freezes up after a few screens. Can anyone point to when he made this post? Thanks.
