Just to be certain that no one misunderstands I think this should be in the horror file!

That looks like it was based on the short novel by Kurt Vonegut, -Harrison Bergeron-. A made for t.v. version came out twenty some odd years ago.

It was the blackest of black comedies as only Kurt Vonegut could write a black comedy. It looks like -2081- could be up there with -Brazil- another wicked black comedy.
