Note on this section

I broke off the news feeds from this thread because a flood of news items was eating the indications of news topics that were actually being discussed. Kat and I are thinking about what to do to get around this. Having the Randex news feeds at hand, for example, is a very good thing, but not to the extent of taking over the board's information on recent posts.

Maybe we will try to set up a blog for news feeds and link to it. But for the time being, there are two threads: one for the news feeds and one for discussion.

If you wish to discuss an item in the news feeds, you can do so in the news feed section, but I suggest you copy the link to this section. Your discussion will get buried over there by the constant flood of new items.
