Oh questions! Ok, let's see...

I'm from Arkansas. I'm a writer/recluse. I guess you could say I've "shrugged."

I started reading Rand when I returned to college after a stint in the military. An English professor there turned me on to her works. I started with The Fountainhead and became intrigued with the character of Howard Roark.

After devouring the rest of her work, I began to feel quite at home with a philosophy that no one has any claims on me and in return I don't make claims on them. There's a thousand other points I could make, but I'll let it rest there.
