In response to the North Korean launch, Obama fires back with . . . .

The threat to take it to the United Nations and have them . . . . do the equivalent of writing a nasty memo to DPRK.

Personally, I think they should be allowed to launch a satellite for civilian use (just like any other nation). If they are violating a treaty, then they should be held accountable.

But the UN? Yeah...more paperwork. Sigh!
