JJ (John Galt),

Welcome to OL.

I feel your pain, but there's no way to do a top-down political solution. It has to be by persuasion. Get enough people on board with the ideas, then they will elect politicians who reflect at least some of these ideas.

It's a long slog, but it's the only way. And it's well worth it.

Michael

Selene, to answer your questions...Yes, Transcriber, and Yes...The downfall to the transcriber is she will only transcribe what she wants and regretfully due to the original trial they knew I was digitally recording the original trial which they made me shut it off before the judge stated his verdict and made sure I wasn't recording during the motion hearing, but at least I very clearly got his refusal of a confirmation of plea and the denial of allowing me an opening statement. The corruption is what it is...it's in just about every courtroom everywhere but at least I have my own digital copy with a secondary back up just in case they ever choose to take action against me for driving with an expired license.

Have you reduced the tape to a "writing" as it is referred to in certain quarters?

No I haven't....as of right now I just backed up the recording, 1 copy on my cell sd card and 1 backup on a thumb drive in my safe. At this point, I have to focus on building my new management company to keep my head above water after my Xtreme Gaming Platform failed launch. You may find humor in the name of the management company: John Galt management. Basically, I spent years inventing products that provide perfect tax audit capabilities for any state running video slot machines and then processes of manipulating the limitations of slot machine software to increase profitability on those machines on an average of 400% over 2 years in which caters to the players satisfaction of enjoyment (whether they win or lose). With John Galt management, I now anonymously barter my mind's knowledge for gold, silver, or goods helping operators maximize profitability however they "choose", and then use my existing company to manage their software on book due to the purchase and sale of goods that our government allows for trade. Thanks to Ayn Rand, I set down the book asking why let a corrupt government tax my mind when all they have done is tried to limit what I can learn and achieve. And yes, I know I have taken things to an extreme that most people will never understand but when I look in the mirror I can at least see a person that does no to another while taking my defense against a government that insists on trying to do harm to me.

Fair enough.

I am assuming you did not file an appeal within the statutory time frames for your state, assuming you live in the US, correct?.

Yes, I live in WI, and I filed my motions within the appellate time frames however, at least in WI, in order to appeal a municipal judge you have to spend around $150-$300 for transcripts and then another $144 to request a new trial in front of the county court only after paying the ticket in advance. The invalid ticket I was issued was only for $98 and the traffic school that the judge ordered me to as punitive recourse ranges from $99 - $199. Basically, our judicial system (at least in WI) has created a very creative system in which if you want to seek justice you will always have to spend more money for justice than you would have to just pay the penalty. The only exception to having to pay all the additional charges is for OWI and DUI traffic violations in which incarceration is a potential.

So what it comes down to is either spend $300+ to try to have another judge overrule the municipal judge to get my $98 back on the ticket and not take the course, spend another $100+ to take the course in order to renew my license, or just ignore the judicial system entirely and just live on as I was, knowing that due to expiration date I am illegally driving and that I have enough evidence of corruption to seek civil action if anything occurs while driving with an expired license. I'm not sure how things work in other states, but in WI you have to get a new driver's license ID card every ten years, due to the class ordered by the judge, my license is expired not suspended or revoked, so if I got pulled over again, I just get another $100 ticket for driving with an expired license. My guess is if I got a ticket in another jurisdiction, that judge would vacate the BS class ordered, make me pay the new ticket, then allow me to renew my license.

Right now I am spending my time trying to figure out how I can go about creating my own Galt's Gulch. There has to be a way to acquire 10 sq miles of fruitful land that I can create my own private community that operates under its own laws from within the community and is exempt from state and federal intervention and taxation. I have no doubt that objectivism works...I actually just got done watching a documentary of living in extreme poverty in Guatemala where there is no government intervention or aid and the sad part about it is those people were happy. When catastrophe hits they all lean on each other for help, they created their own group savings plans in order to pay for medical care and major purchases, and when those that cause harm to others move in the village the community just focuses on exiling them from the community and for those that allow selfishness to turn to greed they then just no longer get help from others. For as impoverished as they were in that village every person was optimistic that if they could just work hard enough to learn more they could achieve a better life for themselves. It is my goal to just be able to do that in the United States and to use that community as an example of how our entire country could exist.

My insight and guidance to you is stop guessing.

Under the full faith and credit concept wherein other jurisdictions are to honor other jurisdiction's orders you are exposing yourself to unnecessary risk exposures with very little possible gain.

In other words, a bad trade probability.

Take the course and just ask questions. Carry a copy of Atlas and recruit. A forced class is bullshit and everyone knows it.

Get on with your life and pick better spots to stand your ground than a traffic infraction.

Just a thought.

We try here at OL, to include a link to what we are referring to.

The Documentary was on Netflix called "Living on One Dollar" produced in 2013 with a 56 minute run time. It really is a perfect example of objectivism working in a worst case scenario.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2625598/

An award-winning film that has been called "A Must Watch" by Nobel Laureate Muhammad Yunus and Director of The Hunger Games, Gary Ross. Living on One Dollar follows the journey of four friends as they set out to live on just $1 a day for two months in rural Guatemala. They battle hunger, parasites, and extreme financial stress as they attempt to survive life on the edge. An unimaginable reality for most young Americans, the challenges they face are real and plague over 1.1 billion people around the world. While the friends quickly learn there are no easy answers, the generosity and strength of Rosa, a 20 year old woman, and Chino, a 12 year old boy, give them resilient hope that there are effective ways to make a difference.
