Standing unnoticed on the edge of the group, Rearden heard a woman who had large diamond earrings and a flabby nervous face, ask tensely, "Senor d'Anconia, what do you think is going to happen to the world?

"Just exactly what it deserves."

"Oh, how cruel!"

"Don't you believe in the operation of the moral law, madame?" Franscisco asked gravely.

"I do."

I never get tired of reading or hearing Franscisco's money speech... and I never will. They just have to be the most beautifully moving moral words Ayn Rand ever wrote.

I agree. Francisco's "money speech" was the jewel of Atlas Shrugged. I would bet good money that Ayn Rand thought the John Galt speech was the best in the novel.

I love the Galt speech also.

"Don't exhaust yourself to help build the kind of world that you see around you now."

I took her words to heart by going on a personal strike by refusing to participate in corrupted institutions (debt insurance healthcare education law government credit unions), and instead employ my time and energy building the kind of world as I see fit to build which flourishes outside of those borders.
