An Open Soros for the Open Society

George Soros, the Puppet Master

I mentioned the following on another thread:

Beck's series (starting today and going all this week) on George Soros (the "spooky dude" and "puppetmaster") promises to be something very important.

I will watch it today, and if it comes off anywhere near close to the hype, I will post the videos here in this corner. I have no doubt Beck's facts will be in order and they will not be mainstream up to that point. Like he says, he will not be able to take on one of the most powerful men in the world and still stay on the air if his facts are wrong

He operates on a principle, that we neuter evil by exposing it to the light of day in a manner most folks (including and especially non-intellectual ones) can understand. In other words, people are predominantly good. They can become fooled or afraid because of culture, traditions, etc., and not care much about the big picture from being busy making a living and trying to get by, but when faced with alternatives in terms that they can relate to, they generally choose the good.

I sympathize with this view.

Beck also hammers home the message--day after day--that people should check their own facts, find out things for themselves, and not take his word, nor the word of anyone, at face value for anything.

I sympathize strongly with this view.

I watched it and it was a GREAT everyman's introduction to the influence Soros has been exerting on the world, and what he intends for the USA.

Here is the show:

I will be adding more on George Soros as we go along.

I know it sounds weird, but this guy looks like he is a villain who crawled out of a James Bond movie.

Here is Part 2.

I'm loving this. I wish stuff like Beck's campaign here had happened in Brazil when I was there. A lot of crap would not have happened.

Here is the third and final part of Beck's show on George Soros.

I think it was the best of the three (despite a weaker last-third). It is called, "Making of the Puppet Master - How George Soros became who he is today."

There is a comment on video by Soros on the show that is beyond creepy. Soros thinks the real problem with the World Order is that Americans are the only ones who vote in the USA Congress. He thinks foreign powers should also have a say.

Also, at the end, there is something that might need explaining. Beck exposed his chest in a Superman-like manner and there was a tee-shirt that said, "Yes, I can!"

He discussed this slogan in a previous show. It is basically a call to individualism in response to Obama's collectivist slogan, "Yes, we can!"

The "I" in "Yes I can!" means every one of us as we face the problems of the world. "Yes, I can!" will probably become a new mantra of Beck's show, just like "Faith, Hope and Charity" did.

Enjoy, folks.

Say what you want about Beck, he's got balls. Taking on Soros is no joke.

Here is a transcript of the Soros statement I mentioned in the last post. There is a video of him saying this and this video was presented on Beck's show. There is also an unidentified man asking a question.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The question is what we need and whether Mr. Soros and his foundations can help to bring more foreign influence into the United States instead of relying on what is essentially a balance between Democrats and conservative Republicans.

GEORGE SOROS, BILLIONAIRE/FINANCIER: I think you put your finger on a very important flaw in the current world order, and that is that only Americans have a vote in Congress. And yet, it is the United States that basically determines policy for the world. That is a flaw in the current set up.

Guess who wants to sit on top of the new setup as imagined by Soros?

I got the following story on Drudge--not even on a Beck site.

Just so we know where Soros is at...

Soros: China has better functioning government than U.S.

By Joshua Keating

November 16, 2010

Foreign Policy blog

From the article:

"There is a really remarkable, rapid shift of power and influence from the United States to China," Mr. Soros said, likening the U.S.'s decline to that of the U.K. after the Second World War.

Because global economic power is shifting, Mr. Soros said China needs to change its focus. "China has risen very rapidly by looking out for its own interests," he said. "They have now got to accept responsibility for world order and the interests of other people as well."

Mr. Soros even went so far as to say that at times China wields more power than the U.S. because of the political gridlock in Washington. "Today China has not only a more vigorous economy, but actually a better functioning government than the United States," he said, a hard statement for him to make because he spent much of his life donating to anti-communist groups in Eastern Europe.

Funny how it doesn't seem that hard to me. It seems like he admires that kind of authoritarian power.

I also notice that Mr. Soros is still here, not over there...

Here is a cherry-picked arrangement of Soros quotes where he explains how Marx got it right and capitalism got it wrong--and (implied) how he is better suited to look after the interests of the public since (explicit) people don't really know what their true interests are.

I got this on The Blaze. The title there is: OPEN SOCIETY: Soros Explains The Anti-Capitalist, Pro-Marxist Tactics He Uses to Fundamentally Transform Countries

More cool stuff from Soros.

I think he's pissed for some reason, like realizing that he won't get USA banks nationalized in his lifetime so he can sack and pillage them.

(But why doesn't that make me feel good?...)

Love Beck or hate him, he's the only mainstream media celebrity with courage enough to expose Soros in his own words to the light of day.
