We were making tools before we were even Homo Erectus, who knew?

Fascinating on many levels... roll over Aristotle, and give Hank Rearden the news!

That's a contradiction. We're all Homo Erectus or there wouldn't be any of us. First there was Erect then Us. Put 'em together and whadda ya got? Homo couldn't have come first.

Aristotle to Rand is standard Objectivist Randian rubric. It's nonsense but it's not philosophy as such. As for the sequence it's through time so of course she's at the top. Next top her. Will that take 2400 more years?

I just found out today that that movie was made in 1950. I clearly remember seeing it when I was young in the theaters. Either it was a "released from the vault" re-screening or my memory is screwed

Could be the latter

What grade do you remember that you were in when you saw it?

Here you go Derick:

Six years in the making, Cinderella became one of Disney’s best-loved films and one of the highest-grossing features of 1950. As with Snow White and other classic animated features, the studio held periodic re-releases of Cinderella in 1957, 1965, 1973, 1981 and 1987, keeping its popularity alive among new generations of moviegoers.
