6 Reasons Why Sex is Good For You

Sex Ed? I recall the subject being broached when I went to school and it is all rather foggy now, except I do recall that the teacher was very embarrassed about it—that I recall very clearly. It was sad. I got my sex Ed primarily from the streets, Playboy and…um, hands-on practice.

Wow. My schools were rather on top of things although teacher was also reluctant but it was taught. It wasn't like an entire semester but it was gone over at relative length for quite a few weeks. I remember watching the cheesy cartoon videos of what condoms are, menstrual cycles, the medical drawings of a guy's tee-tee and all of it being labeled and the same for women, how a girl becomes preggo. Amazing. Well, it needs to be taught to the kids to some degree. A little education goes a long way. I'm not taking full blown heavy duty technical stuff but at least the basics. Wow. But also this stuff wouldn't be taught at a highschool level I wouldn't think as it gets a bit more technical and detailed obviously. But ultimately a great majority of the stuff you learn is from hands on experience or from the streets, friends, etc.

Damn, it looks like Sex Ed 101 Objectivist Style needs to be in session. LOL Hmmm......interesting. When I get more time tonight, I'll write out real quick the 4 spots and see if I can find links for them that talk about them.

Kori,

We are blessed. But it's not up to your baby to find them. The responsibility lies with women. Speak up. It's up to the girl to pay attention to her body and to openly communicate with her partner what is happening to her, what she is feeling, if what he is doing is right and vice versa for the guy. Since some of this can be rather explicit, I won't go into it in detail and posting on OL but will skim over it, enough to offer some education on it.

Sex ed 1962: The school nurse shows a film to the boys--the same probably for the girls--in which a schematic penis penetrates a schematic vagina. Laughter, nervous laughter. That was that.

An orgasm is the punchline that some women don't get--generally because their partners have a tendency to rush through the joke. Other women pretend to get it, and still others demand to hear it again and again.

I'm having a bit of a time trying to find links for some of these but this is enough to get it out there at least. I know the PFE Zone is difficult to find when it comes to online information. But I did find a show that talks about the X spot and at length and is very informative. I am a bit skeptical of her claims of discovering it and writing about it as I have read in numerous other places from years past. But at any rate, it offers quite a bit of information on this incredible spot. She offers a few ideas for couples to get into to try.

I know once listening to it and the talk about the hour long orgasm for women may be hard for some people to believe; that is, until they experience it. It's not a full blown climax that is traditionally known when people speak of orgasms. This is a spot within the vagina that is extremely sensitive and can offer tremendous pleasure for an extended period of time but doesn't offer the peak that is typical of a "climax" that is known with orgasms. So "technically" speaking, it's not an hour long orgasm in the sense that you peak like you do with an orgasm. It is a spot that can offer sensations over an extended period of time that is very similar to having an orgasm.

I haven't found links for all of these but will search a bit more and will hopefully find some more. If you are at all sensitive to these types of issues, I would recommend not reading any further and definitely not listening to the audio file posted.

The G spot

The G spot is actually an area on the front wall of the vagina, one third of the way up. Although stimulating, at first some women feel discomfort in the form of numbness, pain, or the urge to urinate. However, many women feel intense pleasure and can even release female ejaculate.

The X Spot !!! Love Life X Spot (informative hour long show) Plays on Real Player

This spot is deep in the vagina around the cervix. Although it does not have many nerves, when stimulated it can tug on the internal walls and cause radiating sensations. It can be stimulated either with deep penetration with the penis, grinding or stroking or it can also be easily stimulated manually, with the man inserting several fingers and encircling the cervix at the end of the vaginal canal.

The AFE Zone Beyond the G Spot -- Secrets of the Female Body

The anterior fornix erogenous (AFE) zone is the area from the end of the vaginal canal downward about two thirds to the opening. As with other areas, some women might find this pleasurable; others do not.

The PFE Zone

The posterior fornix erogenous (PFZ) is similar to that described in the previous section, but on the opposite wall. This one is a bit more difficult to find.

When I get more time, I will do a bit more digging up of articles on the net so anyone interested can read about it.

The great puzzle is why Christians often claim that god must exist as the necessary intelligent designer that evolution cannot provide, but they give up the opportunity to claim god's existence is implied by how otherworldly sex can be.

I cannot remember anything that could be called sex education in high school in the 60s. I think my younger sister was the first in our family to get something called sex education. All I remember was guys claiming to know things that it was clear they did not know. I sure did not.

They don't give it up, they just make it taboo. It's a classic Power Move<tm>: if you know how strong something is, least of all something like sex, which is a direct conduit to the lifeforce, you have only certain choices. One is error by omission. Another is understatement/negative PR spin (fear). A third is applying controls and conditions (only for making babies). Basically, it's a marketplace call made by upper management.

There is nothing out there like high-quality nooky, and that has to be recognized, if one is in the business of control. If one is in the business of control, The Fucking Problem is Job One on the ol' task list.

6 Reasons Why Sex Can Be Bad For You:

1. Running out of arms to gnaw off next morning in order to get away when you've clearly made a mistake. Damn bar lights... (details: Wikipedia, "Coyote Love")

2. Inflated prices of water-based lubricants cut into beer budget.

3. Two words: Sweetest Day

4. One word: Progeny

5. Finding out most myths are based in fact, and yes, you can go a little blind from "doing it" if you stay out there long enough.

6. Frank Zappa: "Why Does It Hurt When I Pee?"

I kid you not, ladies. Semen is good stuff. It gives a shot of zinc, calcium, potassium, fructose, proteins — a veritable cornucopia of vitality!

...

No, I’m not making this up. “The present study shows that oral sex and swallowing sperm is correlated with a diminished occurrence of preeclampsia,” said the Dutch authors.

See? We told you it was good for you.

Thanks Kori, hmm, can you please forward this info to every woman you know, have ever known, and will ever know? That'd be great, thanks! ;)

Edit: Find those spots, Kori? Hell, I'll send out a goddamn search crew for that!

LMFAO, dude... Don't forget those hard hats with flashlights on the top of 'em...also...some pick axes.

I hope you know that I was joking, Ange! Kind of reminds me of those cheesy sitcoms with a bitchy wife and a "lazy" stupid husband. The woman always expects the man to know what she's thinking and what she wants. Psssht. Hos. (Oh, but on those shows...the wife never wants to have sex anyway)

Wow. My schools were rather on top of things although teacher was also reluctant but it was taught. It wasn't like an entire semester but it was gone over at relative length for quite a few weeks. Yeah...our schools weren't on top of things. I recall that we saw a video on STDs, but that's it. Actually, it was just some slides. It didn't even sufficiently gross me out. God, they can't do anything right! I remember that one boy actually passed out watching the slides. Wowie. A teacher had to carry him to the nurse's office.

Also, if I recall correctly, there was a school somewhere (maybe around KC) where a group of kids was trying to pass out condoms and promote safe sex, but the administration wouldn't let them! Sons a bitches.

Anyway, they for sure need to start having sex ed. Supposedly there was some gonorrhea spreadin' around my school this year. I guess a kind of passing off the bar kind of thing. "You take it and run!" LOL...not a great surprise.

Sex-ed in 1970, Cleveland, OH

They sent out announcements about it to parents. 6th grade, early "pod" school. First time they rolled out sex-ed in OH, I think.

Hired a neighbor lady, who happened to be, yes, a nurse. She looked kind of nervous presenting. She was very unbecoming, had a moustache, looked more like a cafeteria worker than a nurse (at least the way we liked to think of nurses). It was worse yet because she had a pretty hot daughter who sat in the class. Yikes. I think it was about 3 weeks long, after lunch a couple days a week.

Overhead projector, transparencies (line drawings) of internal woman and man parts, sort've like blueprints. Reproductive functions. Very clinical. My buds and I just couldn't make the connection between what we were seeing, and what we knew (which mostly involved a free lending-library of porno mags that we kept stashed in the woods in back of the cemetery near school...).

Eventually, push had to come to shove, as they say... nursie had to, once having explained the two, er, "units," how they fit together (no reason as to why, like, you know...out for a few beers and feeling randy). That was awkward, you could feel the tension in the room, even as a 6th grader. "They do WHAH with WHAH?" Then it went back into biology mode, sperm, fertilization...

Just not good entertainment...

Post-mortem guy sleepover at my house, out in the VW camper van. Various theories were discussed as to what really goes down with the get down. The predominant one was that men performed anal on the women, and the babies came out there too.

It was all very confusing.

Sex education in mid '70s (ninth grade for me; not a separate class, but a unit in health class).

Schematic diagrams of body parts.

No real explanation of how body parts fit together or why anyone would want them to fit together.

Lots of discussion about egg and sperm cells, sort of like they discussed fish egg and sperm cells in fourth or fifth grade, only fish breed without physical contact.

Lots and lots and lots of details about every venereal disease then known to humankind, including actual photographs, early symptoms, and details on treatment.

As I recall, nothing whatsoever on birth control.

I didn't know about human sex (or any sex, except for fish, which, as I said, we learned about in fourth or fifth grade) until I was eleven years old. Two friends were talking about it. I didn't believe it, so I came home and asked my mother. Horrified, she said, "SHHH! Not in front of your father!" Later, she gave me an embarrassed and inaccurate explanation. Funny how I never got curious about it, considering that I cut my teeth on the "Black Stallion" books, which talked left and right about the Black Stallion siring foals all the time. I guess I assumed that mares got pregnant with foals that looked like him just by being in the pasture next to him, and figured that females got pregnant whenever God wanted them to (God! what a horrifying thought!). In fact, I remember watching an episode of "Dr. Kildare" with my mother when I was 3 or 4, which dealt with an unwed mother. I asked her, "How come she's having a baby if she's not married? Did God make a mistake?" I forget exactly what my mother said, but she preferred to have me think that God was fallible rather than explaining how women got pregnant. :D Later, I recalled with humiliation a conversation I had had many years previously with a playmate who was three years younger than me and HER younger brother, in which he had said something about the daddy planting the seed in the mommy to make a baby, and I said something like, "Oh that's just silly", and the mother saying, "Oh, Joey knows all about these things; we don't believe in keeping these things a secret" -- and here I was, about 6 years older than Joey and completely in the dark.

Blimey! I'm just trying to figure out how this evolved - seeing as it's against our genes' best interest for the woman to give oral sex

Ah ha. Preeclampsia only happens when a woman is pregnant, so maybe giving oral sex was a way of preventing her sexually-frustrated partner from wandering off, never to return, during the last few months of pregnancy... and meant she and her unborn child didn't die from this condition...

Goodness, Judith. That's shitty of your parents not to say anything about it. Mine didn't either, but I knew what sex was (well, I knew "pee pee goes in the hole") when I was probably 5 years old. Kids these days.

Kori, without being too explicit, I didn't even know I had the corresponding fitting anatomy! I never checked it out in the mirror. :D
