anthony Posted March 17, 2012 Share Posted March 17, 2012 Turmeric? Great stuff. Went round to Diane's house last night because she's laid lowwith a nasty cold and fixed up my chicken special. It's never the same twice, butit involves large amounts (why a pinch, when a handful is better?) of garlic,cayenne and turmeric, with olive oil. Aspirin, too, but not in the pot. She's up andrunning, today.I saw this report once on a study showing the remarkably low incidence of someform of dementia (Parkinson's I think) in India, connected to high turmeric intake[No, I'm fairly certain it was Alzheimer's.
