Druid Cake

Ingredients:

4 cups flour

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 and 1/2 cup milk

2 teaspoon maple syrup

1/4 cup cinnamon

1 cup honey

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Add milk and syrup. Mix dough. Add honey andmore cinnamon if desired (I LOVE cinnamon!). Place in sprayed bread pan (Spray with pam or other non-stick spray). Bake 35 to 40 minutes.

I love cinnamon too! This cake looks very yummy and, best of all, Michael will eat it. He doesn't eat white sugar, but he loves honey and maple syrup. I get fresh maple syrup from the Amish people who come into Chicago and set up a little stand by my work.
