I'm 28, I've lived in central PA my whole life (I've done some traveling but never out of the country), I list philsophy and physics as interests but I am strictly a layman in both, and I'm currently writing a novel. I grew up in a catholic family, I learned early on that Catholocism was not for me and when it came time for my Confirmation I renounced religion all together. I have been searching ever since for a philosophy that would work for me. I only learned of objectivism in past month and so far it seems to be exactly what I've sought all along.
