Are there any finance-industry folks here who can get the text of Mr. Goettler's talks “Building Universal Banking Product Lines Organically – Investment Banking Case Study” or “Managing Culture Between Universal Banking Business Units – Competitive Advantage or Achilles Heel” ? In my opinion, Mr. Goettler has show great acumen at keeping his ideas private. Maybe there's something in these talks ?

In her talk "The Art of Introspection" Dr. Packer suggested the idea of a dictionary of emotions and their universal evaluations. Is anyone aware of any work in this area ? It actually looks like wikipedia has a good list of emotions going (see the right-hand side of http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emotions). Could people just start adding a "Universal Evaluation" section to each emotion's wiki page ?

I have a couple friends who've tried to get this CD, too, and have run into the same issue. I think it's complicated by the fact that Oliver Computing holds the copyright on the database/search engine program that it comes with and would prefer to keep selling it, but the Estate didn't renew the copyright on the content, so you'd need permission from both to even make a legal copy to give to a friend. Rumors I've heard indicate that the Estate is working on getting a 'digital media' deal figured out but that the legalities are complex. This doesn't surprise me too much, but it sure makes me angry because it's such a useful product and I would like my friends to be able to legally get a copy.
