My first suggestion would be the same as the narrator. It is an anomaly or overlap from two or more satellite pictures. It looks like an illusion. If it is not an illusion, it could be manufactured. The size, 14 by 4 miles rules out markings for an airfield. The regular, triangular shapes could be the distortion of light through ice. This may not be as important as the missing airliner but if it is a structure and no one remembers building one there, then we need to know. You don't get much imagery in India, China, Africa. You get lots of good imagery in USA, Canada, UK, most European countries, Japan. Cities usually have better imagery than villages. Maybe something like Area 51 would be blocked. (I don't know if Area 51 is blocked but I wouldn't be surprised if it is.) Something government wants to be kept secret. The imagery around it is sharp and detailed but there is this rectangle. That's very exceptional but it happens. No big deal.
