  1. What we need... is a mathematical epistemology.

  2. Glad you like it. Frankly, the album is fantastical. It has a taste of what Voltaire, Rabelais, and others offered in their works, but it's set in New York. Something you rarely see (or hear) nowadays.
  3. Epistemology and Math... the link between the us and the real.

    Hello

The campus is very beautiful, especially on fall/spring mornings as the sun shines through the trees. Incredible.

    Hello

My name is Ellis, 23, and currently studying philosophy and physics at SRU. Got into philosophy around 5 years ago when I took an ethics class, and I've been hooked ever since. Also exposed to Rand at that time (my professor had the class read "The Virtue of Selfishness"). Philosophically, I started off as a strange brew between Kant and Locke; but as time passed, I rejected most of Kant, supplanting it with process metaphysics and object oriented ontology coupled with elements from Rand's epistemology and speculative realism. So, yeah, that's where I am at right now. I joined SOLO (ding_an_sich is my name) about two years ago; haven't really gained much from it aside from arguing with Leonid, and even then that proves to oftentimes be a fruitless endeavour. Looking forward to learning a few things and chatting with some new people.
